E-PAL PROJECT UPDATE: ANIELLA IN GREECE!

At the port of Heraklion with Koule castle in the background.

Yes, the rumours that spread like wildfire among our school students were absolutely true: Aniella Lebeau, the teacher of our beloved French e-pals visited Crete together with her beautiful family at the beginning of August. Needless to say, we had a splendid time, strolling in Heraklion, Fodele and Anissaras, while practising ... French and eating the typically Greek fast food called 'gyros'. Our next goal includes reading competitions and novel online projects, unprecedented so far for both schools. More on that initiative is to be announced in the following posts.

The infamous gyros; fattening, but delicious!

At the village of Fodele.

Our walks were full of adventure, even including fish spa for the children!
